Payments

Payment by Credit Card

The Customer can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card on the first page of the cart.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Before paying with Visa ELECTRON, the Customer must obtain authorization by the issuer for online purchase.
If the Customer choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, it is important to keep it and not throw it away after making the purchase, as he may need it in the case of refund.

We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and our Online Store uses a secure server and a GoDaddy.com certificate to ensure maximum protection.
In case of payment by American Express credit card, the Seller will ship the order if and only if the credit card holder's data (name, surname and address) correspond to order holder's data (name, surname and address). The order could be shipped only to the same address of credit card's holder. The Seller verifies directly the correspondence with American Express system. In case of all data do not correspond, the order and the credit card transaction will be cancelled.

Payment with PayPal

The Customer can select PayPal as payment method on the first page of the cart.
By clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, the Customer will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

Bank Transfer

The Seller accepts wire transfers as alternative payment. The Seller will transmit by e-mail the bank details. Payment must be made within 2 (two) working days from the order date.
In case the wire transfer has not reached the Seller’s bank account by 2 (two) days, the Seller reserves the right to rescind the order. All the fees and bank charges are responsibility of customer only. The Seller reserves the right to require the integration of payment if the amount accounted does not correspond with the amount of the order. The Seller will not ship out the order until the encashment of the bank transfer.

Payment by Cash on Delivery

The Customer can select "Cash on Delivery" as payment method on the first page of the cart. Payment by Cash on Delivery is available only for shipment in Italy. At the time of delivery, the Customer must have the exact amount in cash to pay for the order. Payment by cheque is not accepted and the courier cannot give any change. The cost is 6 EUR for orders less of 100 EUR
Remember that in the case of refund, the Customer must provide bank account details.

Billing Information and Tax

The Customer chooses to insert a Billing Address that differs from the Shipping Address on the second page of the cart.

The Customer can uncheck from the box "The billing details are the same as the shipping details" to insert Name, Surname and Billing Address.

VAT tax is already included in the prices on all pages of the website and in the cart.
In case of payment by American Express credit card, the Seller will ship the order if and only if the credit card holder's data (name, surname and address) correspond to order holder's data (name, surname and address). The order could be shipped only to the same address of credit card's holder. The Seller directly verifies the correspondence with the American Express system. The Seller will ship only using the shipping data that the Customer authorized and communicated to American Express System.

Payment Charges

For orders paid by Credit Card or Debit Card, you will be charged in the meanwhile confirming the transaction.
For PayPal orders, your account will be charged on the date your order is placed.

The payment will show on the account statement under FRANCESCO MASSA SRL, as the company’s legal name that powered this website.

Credit Card refunds

After the warehouse receives the returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be issued by 5 (five) working days from the day that the return is accepted, to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place the order.
Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card company’s policies.

PayPal refunds

After the warehouse receives the return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.

The refund will be issued by 5 (five) working days from the day that the return is accepted: the Seller will issue the corresponding refund on your PayPal account. The refunded amount will be visible within 24 hours following.
Reimbursement to the Card associated with the PayPal account depends on the Company that issued the card.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders

After the warehouse receives the returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be issued to the Bank Account specified by the Customer via email, following the return communications, both for cash on delivery orders and bank transfer ones. You will be asked to provide the name of the Account holder, the IBAN and SWIFT Code.
The refund will be issued by 5 (five) working days from the day that the return is accepted. Refund times will depend on the Bank policies.
